Charlotte Baker

Charlotte J. Baker 72, formerly of Westernport, MD died at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren, OH on January 23, 2017. She was born on December 27, 1944 in Beryl, WV and was the daughter of the late Robert Smith and Elsie (High) Smith Moorehead. She was preceded in death by her husband James H. Baker and one sister, Linda Kinder and two brothers, Butch Smith and John Moorehead.
She was Episcopalian by faith and for many years was the owner and operator of the Tri-Towns News Stand in Piedmont, WV. with her husband Jim.
Charlotte is survived by her daughter Kimberly (Baker) Rosier Beavers and husband Harold of Piedmont, WV, and one son, James H. Baker Jr and wife, Faye of Westernport, MD. She is also survived by three Grandchildren, Christina Rosier, Nathan Rosier and Mandy Paugh and one Great-Grandchild, Jaden Paugh Lee.
Per her request Charlotte was cremated. The family will receive friends at the Fredlock Funeral Home in Piedmont, WV on Friday Feb. 10, 2017 from 5 until 8 P.M.
Private Inurnment will be at Potomac Memorial Gardens in Keyser, WV.
